XiA is committed to protecting website visitors’ personal data. Personal information may include technical visit data, information supplied through registrations or communications, and data provided when using project services.

Personal data should be retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or legal obligations. Appropriate technical and organisational safeguards are used. Individuals may exercise applicable rights of access, rectification, restriction, objection, erasure and data portability, and may withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.

Analytics and cookies

The legacy XiA website used privacy-oriented Matomo analytics with anonymised IP addresses. Analytics cookies were activated only after consent. Necessary cookies supported essential functions and consent preferences.
